Prism Counseling offers comprehensive counseling services for individuals and couples/relationships, providing essential mental health support to clients from diverse backgrounds. While my practice is particularly dedicated to serving the LGBTQ community, I have experience working with many other client populations at Prism. I work with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, coming out, identity changes, and relationship concerns (relationship repair, amicable separation, strengthening communication, navigating shifts in relationship roles and norms, co-parenting, managing transition/identity changes, kink, and ENM), I offer counseling as well as professional supervision and consultation.
I strive to create a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their identity, navigate transitions, and strengthen their romantic relationships.
The therapy services at Prism Counseling encourage active and authentic conversations, with goals that are guided by the clients. Individuals can expect a compassionate and humorous environment, accompanied by gentle and direct reflection, as well as constructive challenging in the room with me. The focus of our therapy is on liberating clients from old patterns shaped by experiences with family, significant relationships, past traumas, and the broader cultural and systemic influences surrounding us.
