Therapy
Fees are $125/hr for both individual and relationship therapy. Fees are collected at the time of service via credit, debit, HSA, cash, or check. Superbills are available for clients interested in seeking reimbursement out of network insurance plans.
Beginning 6/1/26, I will be is in-network with the following insurance providers:

Sliding Scale Fees for Therapy
Sliding Scale Fees
I offer a sliding fee based on the Green Bottle economic justice tool developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk for determining equitable fees. I have limited openings available in these fee ranges.
If you need to use a sliding scale, please review the Green Bottle Method to determine which range to fall into.
Full Bottle: $125-$100 per session
Half Full Bottle: $100-$80 per session
Least Full Bottle: $80-$60 per session (this fee range is currently full)
Individual Supervision and Consultation
Fees for individual supervision/consultation are $80/hour. This rate applies to and will be prorated for things like reviewing and signing clinical documentation, completing evaluations, or engaging in consultation outside of scheduled supervision sessions.
Group Consultation
Relationship Consultation Group is a once monthly hybrid in person consultation group for therapists interested in learning Emotion Focused Therapy skills to use in their clinical practice.
Group membership includes
- Access to monthly group sessions
- Case consultation and discussion through Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) lens.
- Psychoeducation about EFT concepts via facilitator instruction, group discussion, role play, and occasional clips from live sessions
- Option to join email threads for connection, support and resource sharing in between group meetings
- Access to online Google Drive of EFT and Relationship Counseling Resources
Fees for group supervision are $40/hour
