I am a cis, Queer, white, neurodivergent, partnered woman with children. I live in a non-disabled, straight/thin body,I have 15 years of experience as a mental health counselor and supervisor. I consult and train other relationship counselors to work specifically with the LGBTQ population. I work with individuals and romantic relationships. I see all types of clients in my practice. I specialize in work with the LGBTQIA+ population. I work with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, coming out, identity changes, and relationship concerns (relationship repair, amicable separation, communication, co-parenting, managing transition/identity changes, relationship anarachy models, kink, and ENM),
My approach is intersectional, holistic, and trauma informed. I apply attachment, existential, feminist, narrative, and queer theories. I approach therapy from anti-oppressive lens by bringing attention to the impacts of power, privilege and oppressive systems on our health.

I received my BA in Psychology and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from The Ohio State University. Additionally, I am a Certified Wellness Counselor, a trained Hypnotherapist and have sought training in mindfulness/meditation, nutrition, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), as well as other somatic approaches. I have completed all course training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy with a specialization in working with LGBTQ+ relationships.
